I’m Hector Herrera. I started in web design, then moved into programming and full applications. I ran a nationwide e-commerce business on a platform I built myself, so I know what it’s like when the website is the business.

I worked with memorial services partners across the country. Then I spent years in lead generation and digital strategy in one of the most expensive search markets on Google. That’s where I learned the lesson this studio is built on. A site that looks good and loses leads is an expensive site.

Across my career that’s more than 7,500 projects in web, video and digital work. What they taught me is simple. The parts that make money are mostly invisible. Forms that arrive. Tracking that tells the truth. Pages that load before someone gives up.

Today I also design and run AI systems in production, and HEX Web Design is a studio of Hex AI Systems. So I use AI where it helps, and I know exactly where it doesn’t replace judgment.
